NETLead the development of our core mission critical cloud based business applications.Define and validate modern cloud native architectures: Net (Core), Flutter, APIs, microservices, service bus.Design high‐quality software components aligned with engineering best practices.Build backend architectures and cloud‐based applications in a Microsoft ecosystem.
DevOps & ReliabilityImplement and oversee CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments that assure quality deliveryEnsure monitoring, event logging and incident management in production environments.
Team LeadershipMentor, coach and support the growth of .NET developers & analysts.Quality & Best PracticesDefine and enforce development best practices & standards.Promote unit testing, integration testing, regression testing through automation.Continuously optimize performance, security and code quality.
Collaboration & InovationWork closely with the Head of IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into digital solutions.Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).NET software development.Strong background in application architecture and Azure cloud native solutionsSolid experience with quality assuranceComfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong leadership skills, you know how to elevate a team.Languages: FR/NL or FR/ENG
