Your Missions
As a senior business developer/ accounts manager your role will be to :
Carry out active prospecting to expand your client base around Antwerp
Understand client needs and offer the right products to match their strategy.
Grow and manage your portfolio: increase sales volumes, broaden product ranges, and build strong client relationships.
Ensure solid follow-up: analyze sales, identify growth opportunities, and track market trends.
Act as a trusted business partner, bringing insights and added value to every discussion.
You will be negociating directly with your clients
The Profile We’re Looking For
You have minimum years of proven experience in retail in sales, with a strong commercial mindset and a business developer attitude.
You’re resilient, goal-driven, and motivated by challenges
You speaks Dutch and English, French is a plus
You’re analytical, proactive, and understand how to seize opportunities in your market.
Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or food
You’re curious, ambitious, and autonomous, eager to grow in a fast-moving environment.
