We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, as you will interact with both local and international stakeholders.
Tasks:
* Process and follow up on customer orders, quotations, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain regular contact with clients, providing support and advice on products and services.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in Dutch and English.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
* Monitor shipments, resolve order delays, and proactively communicate updates to customers.
* Prepare reports, maintain records in CRM/ERP systems, and support management with KPIs.
* Assist with general office tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling supplies, and welcoming visitors.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions.
We are looking for an Order Manager that has:
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
* Previous experience in order management, customer service, or office administration is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Navision, etc.) is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
