Description de l'offre

Profile – Junior Financial Architect (FA)

Atos, a global AI-powered technology company, is looking for a Junior Financial Architect to join our Financial Architect team in the BNN region (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the Nordics), supporting complex bids and helping shape winning commercial strategies.

As a Financial Architect, you will play a key role within the core bid team, working alongside Sales, Solution and Bid Management to drive / support the financial and commercial aspects of deal-making. This is not a back-office finance role, but a highly visible, business-facing position with direct impact on winning new business.

Role Overview

You will support the end-to-end financial lifecycle of bids, contributing to pricing, commercial structuring, risk management and client engagement. You will develop into a “Deal CFO” mindset—combining analytical rigor with business acumen and stakeholder influence.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the commercial strategy aligned with the overall win strategy
* Collect costs from solution teams and help identify risks and opportunities in deal structures and communicate them effectively
* Prepare structured financial analyses and presentations for internal review (e.g., governance / risk assessment processes)
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, solution, delivery, finance, tax, treasury, risk, legal)
* Support the development of deal pricing, financial models, and “what-if” scenarios
* Assist in building compelling client submissions that are clear, accurate and targeted
* Support client interactions, including preparation for meetings and presentations
1. What We Expect

We are looking for candidates with a few years of working experience who are:

* Analytical and structured, with strong financial curiosity / background
* Entrepreneurial and proactive, willing to challenge and improve deal outcomes
* Team-oriented and flexible, able to work in high-pressure, collaborative bid environments
* Client-focused, with a strong drive to create winning proposals
* Communicative, able to translate complex financials into clear messages

What You Will Learn

You will be developed across four key dimensions of the role:

* In the bid team – contributing actively to deal shaping and decision-making
* In governance processes – building robust financial cases and storytelling
* In submissions – creating compelling commercial offers
* At the client – developing confidence in client-facing situations

Team Context

You will be part of a Financial Architect team of Atos, working collaboratively across deals and benefiting from:

* Coaching and mentorship from senior Financial Architects on both technical and soft skills
* Hands-on experience and exposure to complex, high-value ICT deals for the public and private sector e.g. for the European Commission
* This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career at the intersection of finance, business, strategy, and sales.
