We’re on the hunt for a Senior B2B Sales Manager based in Brussels who will lead and scale our B2B strategy across 9 cities. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:


What you’ll be doing:

* Strategy Architect: Define and refine our B2B strategy to capture market opportunities and drive 12% of leases.
* Growth Driver: Deploy the B2B strategy across 9 cities and translate it into actionable local plans.
* Opportunity Hunter: Identify new prospecting channels (companies, schools, institutions, partnerships).
* Pipeline Master: Track and manage the full sales pipeline to ensure strong conversion and performance.
* Team Coach: Support and coach local Sales Leads with hands-on guidance and performance tracking.
* Process Optimizer: Adapt sales processes to local market specifics (seasonality, lead types, partnerships).
* KPI Guardian: Monitor key metrics (occupancy, churn, time-to-fill) and report to VP Sales.
* Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with Marketing to align acquisition efforts and boost visibility.
* Market Analyst: Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategy to stay ahead.


What we’re looking for:

* 10 years in B2B sales & commercial strategy, with multi-site/team management experience.
* Strong expertise in pipeline management, prospecting, and strategy deployment.
* Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills across multiple teams and locations.
* Strong analytical skills (Excel, CRM, dashboards).
* Fluent in French and English.
* Experience in real estate, coliving, or hospitality.
