This role in summary

As the Senior Amazon Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist, you will be the primary architect of our growth on the Amazon platform. This role blends performance marketing, data analytics, and digital storefront management. You will own the strategy and execution of Amazon Ads and the continuous optimization of our Brand Stores across key European markets. Your goal is to drive high-intent traffic, maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and ensure a premium, localized brand experience for KitchenAid customers throughout Europe.

Your responsibilities will include

1. Amazon Advertising (AMS) Strategy & Execution

1. Campaign Management: Build, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
2. Bidding & Budgeting: Manage multi-country marketing budgets, performing daily bid adjustments and keyword harvesting to hit ACoS and TACOS targets.
3. Testing & Innovation: Implement A/B testing for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve CTR and Conversion Rates.

2. Brand Store & Content Management

4. Store Maintenance: Act as the lead for KitchenAid Brand Stores across EU locales, ensuring content is updated for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and brand refreshes.
5. Localization: Collaborate with translation and local marketing teams to ensure Brand Store copy and A+ Content resonate with cultural nuances in different EU markets.
6. CX Optimization: Use Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) to analyze Store insights (traffic sources, bounce rates, sales per visitor) and redesign layouts to improve the shopping journey.

3. Analytics & Reporting

7. Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports using Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua, or Pacvue).
8. Strategic Insights: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership, identifying "white space" opportunities and competitive threats.
9. Inventory Alignment: Coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure ad spend is aligned with stock availability and promotional calendars.

Minimum requirements

10. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ecommerce, specifically within the Amazon Advertising platform.
11. Mastery of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central across multiple EU marketplaces.
12. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling); experience with Amazon Marketing Stream or SQL is a plus.
13. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
14. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage for EU marketplace management.

Preferred skills and experiences

15. Experience in the Premium Consumer Goods or Home Appliance sector.
16. Strong understanding of Amazon Brand Registry and protection tools.
17. Familiarity with graphic design principles (working with creative teams to brief banners and video assets).
18. Certification in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads & Retail for Advertisers).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

19. ROAS / ACoS: Maintaining efficiency across all paid channels.
20. Store Conversion Rate: Improving the percentage of Store visitors who complete a purchase.
21. New-to-Brand (NTB) Metrics: Growing the customer base through strategic top-of-funnel advertising.
22. Market Share: Increasing KitchenAid’s "Share of Voice" (SoV) for key kitchen appliance categories.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be expected to leverage a sophisticated "Growth Stack" to automate reporting, protect brand equity, and out-maneuver competitors.

1. Helium 10 (Market Intelligence & PPC Automation)

23. Adtomic Management: Utilize Helium 10’s Adtomic AI to create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, focusing on keyword harvesting and automated bid adjustments to maintain target ACoS.
24. Cerebro & Magnet: Perform deep reverse-ASIN lookups and keyword research to ensure KitchenAid listings and Brand Stores are optimized for high-volume, localized EU search terms.
25. Listing Integrity: Use Alerts and Inventory Management to monitor buy-box suppression or "hi-jacking" attempts across different European marketplaces.

2. Keepa (Pricing & Competitive History)

26. Price Tracking: Monitor historical pricing trends of both KitchenAid and competitors to identify the best timing for "Deal of the Day" or Lightning Deals.
27. BSR Analysis: Analyze historical Best Sellers Rank (BSR) to understand seasonal demand shifts in categories like stand mixers or espresso machines across the EU.
28. Inventory Insights: Track competitor stock-outs and Amazon-as-a-seller patterns to pivot ad spend toward high-opportunity "white spaces."

3. Windsor.AI (Data Integration & Attribution)

29. Automated Reporting: Streamline multi-country data by connecting Amazon Ads and Seller/Vendor Central data directly to Looker Studio, Power BI, or Excel.
30. Cross-Channel Attribution: Use Windsor.AI to bridge the gap between Amazon performance and top-of-funnel marketing efforts, providing a unified view of the customer journey.
31. Global Dashboards: Maintain a "Single Source of Truth" dashboard for the EU region, eliminating manual CSV exports and ensuring real-time visibility into ROAS and TACOS.
