Tasks
Within our Maintenance & Engineering department at Brussels Airlines, the Application Expert will report to the Manager of Application Management and play a key role in managing and improving core technical software applications in the CAMO and Part 145 environments.
1. Administering, supporting, and continuously enhancing technical applications (e.g., AMOS, Crossmos eTLB, flydocs DMS, Aviatar, SP Expert) and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
2. Acting as the primary contact for stable support and change requests, expanding the value of the digital ecosystem through software expertise.
3. Contributing to the AMOS Competence Center (ACC) to optimize application performance and user experience.

8. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance application efficiency.
9. Ensure optimal performance of core Maintenance & Engineering software (CAMO and Part 145), serving as the primary user contact.

Requirements
10. University degree with focus on IT-administration or engineering, or equivalent through experience, with several years of work experience in relevant field (Aircraft maintenance/application management)
11. Strong technical background with knowledge of A/C M&E processes
12. Min. 2 years of experience with AMOS/equivalent systems, preferably in an Admin./key user role
13. Experience with databases + excellent SQL skills
14. Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex IT systems & landscapes
15. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities to understand complex issues from both business + technical perspectives
16. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly & effectively, with a proactive & open attitude that emphasizes teamwork
17. Proficient English (verbal+written); Dutch/French is a plus
