Electromechanical Service Engineer Job Description
The role of an Electromechanical Service Engineer involves planning and coordinating the installation and start-up of machines. This includes creating schedules and installation plans, as well as working closely with customers to ensure a seamless on-site installation process.
* Plan and coordinate machine installations and start-ups
* Work with customers to schedule and plan installations
* Conduct technical inspections before dispatching machines for installation
* Verify that all items in the offer are present and perform final functionality checks on machines
* Travel to customer sites to address and resolve complaints or issues
* Report and administer service tasks, providing feedback to the organization
* Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions (internally and externally)
* Travel internationally up to 60% of the time
* Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics
* Beneficial experience but not essential
* Strong technical comprehension and excellent knowledge of electromechanics
* High adaptability and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with products
* Effective task prioritization
* Ability to work independently while maintaining team spirit
* Proactive personality with a sense of initiative and commercial mindset
* Aiming to continuously enhance the quality of work
* Good proficiency in English
