Job description
* A PMO (Project Management Office) member is someone who plays a structuring and support role in project execution. Their role involves defining and implementing standardised project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure the consistency and efficiency of all internal projects. The PMO member supports each project manager by providing cross-functional oversight of a number of projects. They ensure the effective coordination of the various project stakeholders and make sure that all key milestones are executed optimally to achieve the established objectives.
General tasks and responsibilities:
* The implementation and/or improvement of PMO management processes/procedures and tools
* Ensure that these procedures and tools are communicated and adopted by the teams
* To monitor the progress of projects and programs
* Collect and monitor indicators from project team members (internal/external) to analyse processes and formulate improvement proposals.
* Analyse results and create reports and alerts
* Provide the necessary support to program managers/project leaders to ensure proper monitoring and management of the program and all underlying projects.
* Maintain close contact with the management committee and senior management on the various indicators and monitoring points of the program and underlying projects to initiate the necessary decisions and actions
* Formulate proposals to improve and develop the PMO organisation and the monitoring of the ICT unit
* To implement administrative and organisational tasks related to programs and projects to contribute to optimal functioning and stakeholder satisfaction
