Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice across various operations, ensuring compliance with Belgian and EU law. This includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex agreements with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. The role also involves managing legal risks tied to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, strategic initiatives, and operational activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Fitness 7-10 years of experience (law firm or in-house) in regulated environments.
* Fluent English language skills; Dutch proficiency desired.
* Master's degree in Law required.
