Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, is currently seeking a Export Area Manager – Americas & Asia-Pacific for a Leading Premium Chocolate Brand.
With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam, we partner with leading companies across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert regional sales targets into clear, actionable objectives for your assigned territory.
* Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective measures when required.
* Ensure pricing consistency and adherence to commercial agreements within budget parameters.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with distributors.
* Supervise market execution to optimize distribution, visibility, and brand positioning.
* Ensure accurate tracking of forecasts, trade investments, and reporting activities.
* Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities through regular field visits.
* Provide on-the-ground insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requierements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Export roles (experience in FMCG Food is a plus).
* Strong skills in business planning and sales management.
* Experience in international business with a solid understanding of global markets.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
* Strong capability in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
* Willingness to travel as required.
