Description
Our Mission:
* The Client's Passenger Information (PI) transformation program is one of eleven transformation programs in the business plan. It falls under the third strategic axis of the plan: Customer Experience, which aims, among other things, to ensure that Client improves communication and information provided to users.
* Within the framework of Project IV Digitale of this program, a mid-level .NET Analyst-Developer position is being sought. Their mission will be to perform analyses and develop new features for the website in connection with the CRM and the future ticketing system.
As part of your role, you will be integrated into the development team working on the website and will primarily be responsible for:
* Implement the necessary adaptations to the account synchronisation services between ticketing, CRM, and the a website.
* Ensure the development of the functionalities planned within the framework of the IV Digitale project.
* During your mission, you will also be required to communicate with the IV Digital and ticketing project teams, the business, the service providers managing third-party applications (CRM, Mobile application, e-shop), as well as other developers working on other projects within the team to use the same methodologies.
* Write the documentation and provide the necessary training to the user.

Profile
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or have equivalent experience;
* You are proficient in object-oriented design, the C# language, and relational databases.
* You have at least 4 years of experience in C# .NET development.
* You have experience in Angular, .NET Core, and Entity Framework development.
* Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) is an asset.
* Knowledge of SQL Server databases, REST APIs and Web services (JSON, SOAP), message queuing, as well as experience with Azure DevOps and Git Flow are additional assets;
* You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and a good understanding of technical English.
* You enjoy working collaboratively on the projects entrusted to you.
* You demonstrate flexibility and ease in dealing with diverse interlocutors.
* Similar experience in a passenger transport company is a plus.
