Sales Leadership Opportunity


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while deepening relationships with existing clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify new opportunities, present tailored solutions, and exceed revenue targets. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to navigate complex sales cycles, build relationships with key stakeholders, and guide opportunities through to closure.

To achieve this, you will take ownership of a key sales territory and lead growth initiatives for our expanding suite of products. You will gain deep expertise in our corporate solutions and their applications in life sciences, communicate the value of our technologies from both technical and commercial perspectives, and develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Drive new business growth while deepening relationships with existing clients
* Identify new opportunities and present tailored solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Several years of successful sales experience in the life sciences sector; SaaS experience is highly desirable.

A strong record of selling into biotech, pharma, healthcare, medical device, therapeutic, and research-related industries.

Expertise in developing and executing account strategies with measurable success.

Consistently achieved or exceeded six-figure annual sales targets.

Understanding of the technologies used within scientific and research enterprises.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Comfortable managing quotas while actively contributing to pipeline development.

Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Intellectually curious, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new systems.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal).

Self-motivated and professional, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

Skilled in identifying problems, proposing creative solutions, and acting decisively.
