BWC is looking for a Scrum Master for its client in Brussels, Belgium. It's a full-time permanent contract with BWC. Freelance can also apply.
Job Type: Hybrid :- 50% Onsite +50% Teleworking in Belgium.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Language requirement : English with one of local language -French or Dutch
Be an ambassador of agile methods within the company
schedule and follow the key steps of the Agile methodology
guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Cluster face any obstacles
set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies and other meetings at Cluster Level
provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools.
Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
Sound knowledge of software development methodology
Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques.

Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and cooperation across the tribe.
Drive the cluster toward achieving its strategic goals by removing bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth, predictable delivery flow.
Reinforce Scrum and Scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) practices; empower the cluster to transition toward self-organization and self-management.
Partner with the Cluster Product Owner to build and maintain comprehensive delivery roadmaps and assist in the strategic refinement of the Product Backlog.
Develop pragmatic, actionable delivery plans and manage high-level communications with all delivery stakeholders.
Actively engage with and challenge architects, tech experts, and development teams to ensure technical solutions are complete, robust, and achievable within business timeframes.
Maintain continuous engagement with Test Engineers and Release Engineers both inside and outside the Tribe to ensure end-to-end quality and deployment readiness.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and impediments that threaten the cluster's velocity or delivery commitments.
Ability to balance agile theory with the practical realities of complex business deadlines.
Confident in challenging technical designs and project scopes to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Deep understanding of managing dependencies and ceremonies within a multi-team environment
