This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders while ensuring strong financial governance, scalable processes, and disciplined cost management.The ideal candidate brings deep Finance BP experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and demonstrates strong business acumen — particularly within customer-centric or service-driven organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance Partnership: Partner closely with the multi-country Customer Service leadership team to drive financial planning, improve decision-making, and embed financial discipline into daily operations.Financial Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, policies, and controls. Provide expert guidance to support sustainable and compliant business growth.Market Expansion Support: Lead financial readiness for launches in new countries or cities by establishing scalable frameworks, ensuring operational continuity, and proactively mitigating financial risks.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and Internal Controls teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate standards.Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership: Own the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts for the Customer Experience (CE) business.
