Description
NSF is looking for a Marketing Manager in the EU & South Africa region to join the Food Marketing organization.
In this role, you are responsible for demand generation, campaign planning and marketing execution to drive pipeline and revenue growth in EMEA region for the Food & Nutrition and Food Service divisions (2Divsions-6BUs). You will work collaboratively with the marketing stream leads, regional marketing team, shared services, regional business leaders and sales to seek alignment and execute plans.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, EMEA marketing team, local business specialists, and sales teams on the implementation of the Food & Nutrition and Food Service strategic marketing plans and campaigns in your region and countries, utilizing all available marketing channels through an integrated approach
* Identify and be accountable for your marketing targets, ensuring you generate the required volume of qualified leads into the sales pipeline through your marketing activities
* Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing teams for the Business Unit (BU) to ensure execution of the marketing campaigns and provide input into messaging and strategy based on local market requirements
* Act as a key liaison with the regional sales teams and Strategic Marketing Leads to ensure sales aids add value, collaborating with the team to develop appropriate sales tools
* Conduct on-going customer research and competitor monitoring and report back to regional marketing and business leaders on key trends, providing guidance on any updates required local marketing campaigns, market segmentation and messaging
* Support local sales teams at key events, key account opportunities and ensure marketing activity supports sales strategy
* Accountable for monitoring and collating the results of every campaign implemented, by tactical channel, and report these in a timely manner, utilizing the reports, systems and dashboards
* Develop and maintain campaign plan schedules that allows strategic marketing and sales teams to access and track the status of each campaign's production and execution, by channel
* Manage local agencies for outsourced content and creative assets
* Use your initiative to explore better ways to target customers bringing innovative ideas on proposed new channels to market through, partnerships and other collaborations that can help you build you customer pipeline
* Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the region including SEO, SEM, Email marketing, and social media
* Design marketing material for online and print campaigns
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 5 years proven track record in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a matrix environment
* Strong project management skills and detail orientated
* Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
* Working knowledge of running paid promotional campaigns on different social media and search engines
* Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
* Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
* Ability to digest and report results of marketing campaigns by channel
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Team player with the ability to build a strong rapport with all stakeholders
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, web, Asana, and other systems an advantage
* Understand brand positioning and how this is integrated into a campaign communication
* Experience of working in regional markets with an appreciation of cultural differences
* Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and work well under pressure
* Excellent communication - written, verbal and presentation skills
* Proficient in English and French and other European languages will be a strong asset (Italian, Spanish,...)

* Willingness and ability to travel globally
