Our client is looking for a Project Leader IT Infrastructure.
Tasks
* As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will lead the project from the development of the project management plan related to the assigned mission, through its execution in accordance with the defined governance and methodology, to its completion.
* The objective of the mission is to deploy IT network infrastructure to support the Electric Bus load management solution.
* You will prepare an industrialized approach for deploying network infrastructure at the relevant depots, maximizing solution harmonization. You will rely on guiding architectural principles established in collaboration with our IT Infrastructure team. With their support, you will conduct an inventory of the equipment in place at existing sites and propose the best approach for network expansion.
* You will interact with the design offices and technical departments to share our requirements with them. You will coordinate the execution of activities (architecture - preparation - planning - deployment - testing - post-deployment support - documentation - transfer to operational teams).
* During the deployment phase, you will coordinate the activities of our internal and external IT service providers to ensure network implementation in sync with site managers.
* You will monitor purchase orders, logistics, technical, organizational, and financial aspects of the project, as well as the associated reporting.
* Upon project completion, you will ensure the production of lessons learned to enhance continuous improvement.
Required Functional - Technical skills
* You hold a civil engineering degree or a master's degree in computer science with proven experience in IT infrastructure management in the industrial sector (LAN/network infrastructure) and five years of experience in IT infrastructure project management. You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science and can claim equivalent experience.
* A required PM certification allows you to translate the mission entrusted to you into a project plan compliant with project management methodologies and to ensure its proper execution and monitoring.
* Your ability to perform structured analysis and adapt to large, cross-functional organizations allows you to identify specific project needs.
* You are a good communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to easily interact with multiple stakeholders in the public transportation sector. Your dynamism, organizational skills, and leadership are integral assets.
* Risk management and anticipation are two qualities that allow you to operate in environments where system availability must be ensured.
* A very good level of English is required.
