I'm currently partnering with a well-established real estate company in Brussels that is looking to hire an AP/AR Manager to support the continued growth of their finance team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on accounting with team coordination and process improvement in a dynamic property environment.
The Role
You will oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes across the business, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong controls and continuous optimisation of financial workflows.
This is a hybrid position based in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
* Manage invoicing, payments, collections and reconciliations
* Monitor cash flow and support working capital management
* Coordinate and support a small finance team
* Improve processes, controls and automation within AP/AR
* Collaborate with property, operations and finance stakeholders
* Support month-end closing and reporting activities
Your Profile
* Experience in AP/AR, accounting or finance operations
* Previous experience coordinating processes or managing people is a plus
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English and French
* Experience using adfinity
