Job Description
* Review and interpret tender documentation (public and private) to identify key legal and contractual risks
* Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of agreements, including partnerships, service, and construction-related contracts
* Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal teams on issues involving contract law, obligations, and public procurement
* Support dispute management and claim resolution processes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align legal, commercial, and technical objectives
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement
The Successful Applicant
* Holds a Master's degree in Law
* Has at least 8 years of relevant experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel
* Expertise or interest in contract law, public procurement, and project-related transactions
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a pragmatic mindset
* Strong sense of initiative, adaptability, and collaboration
* Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
