Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ERP experience and exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to lead the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives across business and IT functions.
This role will manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP-related projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering ERP transformation or enhancement programmes, with SCM system exposure highly desirable.
The role requires an onsite presence and strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective collaboration across operational and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and enterprise system projects
* Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and risk throughout the full project lifecycle
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and supply chain
* Drive the implementation or enhancement of ERP platforms and related business systems
* Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into project plans
* Oversee system integrations between ERP and SCM platforms
* Manage external vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants
* Ensure projects follow structured delivery frameworks and governance standards
* Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder updates
* Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
* Support change management, user adoption, and transition to operational support teams
Required Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP implementations or enhancements
* Strong understanding of enterprise ERP platforms
* Experience managing complex cross-functional technology projects
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT
* Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
* Experience managing system integrations and enterprise applications
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Desirable Experience
* Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems
* Background working on ERP programmes involving supply chain, procurement, or operations
* Experience working with global or multi-site implementations
* Exposure to large enterprise transformation programmes
* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
