Are you into organizing, coordinating, communicating, multi-tasking ? Then this opportunity may be just what you're looking for. Our global client is looking for an office/event manager for their office in Zaventem.

In this role you will :

* Take care of the very practical aspects of office management
* Interact with other departments such as reception, facilities, … to ensure all runs smoothly.
* Support in onboarding new starters
* Support / organise local initiatives and events, both in the office and on location (occasional travel may occur)
* Make presentations
* Support senior leaders with flight, hotel reservations, travel administration (expenses, …)
* Support with invoices, payments, contracts, …
* Make hotel and transportation arrangements, organise social activities, …


Requirements :

* A first experience in a similar role.
* A hands-on mentality, proactive attitude and eye for detail.
* A talented multi-tasker, efficient and solution oriented
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Service minded
* Skilled user of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an asset.
* Fluent in English French or Dutch is an asset
* Flexible, take things in hand and be able to adapt to business needs
* Able to function in a fast-paced environment
