As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for expansion. You will also be involved in people recruitment, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

* Recruitment and talent acquisition
Sales Prospecting: Identify potential targets, develop relationships, and generate leads. You will also be responsible for closing deals and converting leads into customers.
Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent, screen candidates, and select the best fit for our organization. You will also be responsible for communicating with candidates, updating the internal database, and maintaining contact with them.
Requirements
