Languages : Flemish with English fluency
Candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience in handling the L1 Helpdesk projects.
Provide L1 Service Desk support services in Flemish & English to End Users in the Europe region, ensuring optimal customer experience, timely resolution of issues, and accountability for meeting or exceeding all Service Levels
The Scope will include computer Hardware (desktops and laptops) and software support, escalation management, and continuous collaboration with deskside support teams and IT Infrastructure teams of client to resolve End User IT issues effectively.
Candidate is willing to work on rotational shift in 24X7
Prior Experience in Active Directory, M365 application troubleshooting, Printer Issues troubleshooting is mandatory.
Provide technical assistance for Windows, Desktops, mobile devices and Microsoft M365 applications installed on End user devices
