Job Title: Business Development Specialist
This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional sales and customer service skills to develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales revenue, gross profit, and product mix targets.
* Provide day-to-day support to selected strategic accounts and buying groups.
* Negotiate pricing and ensure contracts are in place and renewed on time.
* Lobby for O&M Halyard solutions with key decision-makers within assigned hospitals.
* Train customers on HYH products and accelerate new business implementations.
* Document business opportunities, customer contact details, and progress of related activities in SalesForce.com.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, nursing, or science, or equivalent vocational qualification.
* Preferably knowledge and experience in operating room practices and infection control.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability.
