* Perform constructability reviews during tendering and design phases to identify execution constraints, risks, and optimization opportunities.
* Develop and promote prefabrication, modularization, and pre-assembly strategies to maximize workshop activities and reduce site work.
* Define construction methodologies, installation sequences, lifting strategies, temporary works, and execution plans for industrial projects.
* Support estimation and tendering teams by validating construction assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and improving cost and schedule reliability.
* Leverage BIM and 3D tools to assess constructability, logistics, access, handling requirements, work areas, and installation feasibility while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
* Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience in the execution of complex industrial projects involving piping, mechanical installations, HVAC systems, prefabrication workshops, or process facilities.
* Strong hands-on site experience, ideally gained as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Superintendent, or similar role.
* Solid expertise in constructability analysis, construction methods, prefabrication, modularization, and the interpretation of BIM and 3D models.
* Fluent English (minimum B2 level) with strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and results-oriented capabilities.
