About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that support strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and operational improvements. You will work cross-functionally with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closureDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needsDevelop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progressCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless executionIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesCommunicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholdersEnsure alignment with compliance standards and regulatory requirements specific to the insurance sectorDrive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across all levelsContinuously seek process improvement opportunities in project delivery and governanceQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field5+ years of project management experience, preferably within insurance or financial servicesStrong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, claims, underwriting, and regulatory environmentPMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plusProven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesProficiency with project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment
