Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Management:
* Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
* Process expense reports and airline ticket accounting.
* Integrate miscellaneous payments and customer refunds into the banking system.
* Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and perform bank reconciliations.
* Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Handle VAT returns and tax/social security declarations.
* Liaise with external financial bodies in the Netherlands.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
* Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in accounting.
Technical & Soft Skills:
* Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Fluency in Dutch (B2/C1 level) for reading and writing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Location: Brussels with frequent travel to Amsterdam
