Help Europe’s biggest buildings waste less energy After a €15.000.000 valuation we’re ready for our next sprint. Having raised €4.000.000 enabled us to focus on hyper growth, getting series A ready. We’ve got HUGE goals, growing our revenue with 5x in one year while it took us 4 to get where we are today. We’re pushing for boundaries and are looking for Enterprise Executives who aren’t afraid of ultra high standards. While helping clients like Belfius, KBC, VDAB, Ahold Group and many more. We’re working towards some of the biggest European Multinationals you can think of. But to make that happen, we need ambitious AEs! We’re looking for a Account Executive (Enterprise) who can open doors, run winning sales cycles, and build long-term relationships with the largest Enterprises in Europe. You’ll position Enersee as the go-to AI platform for energy and sustainability leaders, turning complex real estate portfolios into efficient powerhouses. About Enersee We don’t like waste. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of water, waste of efficiency. So we built our own proprietary AI-powered virtual manager for energy, sustainability, and facility pros. This isn’t some ChatGPT wrapper, this is a highly sophisticated Machine Learning algorithm tasked with optimising our clients energy landscape. Enersee analyzes building and infrastructure data to reveal hidden inefficiencies and provide real-time, actionable insights, so organizations can take the right action now to hit cost and emissions targets. Why this role matters You’ll be part of the revenue team, our key revenue drivers expanding Enersee into multinational organizations with large, complex building portfolios. From retail giants to hospital networks, you’ll uncover their biggest efficiency challenges and show them why Enersee is the answer. What you’ll do Prospect & qualify: Build and manage a targeted account list; run smart outbound, work inbound, and create a pipeline marketing support. Run full-cycle deals: Lead discovery, demos, value cases, proposals, and negotiations to close high-value contracts. Map stakeholders: Navigate multi-threaded cycles with operations, sustainability, finance, and VP/C-level sponsors. Prove value fast: Orchestrate workshops, pilots/POCs with Customer Success and Product to demonstrate measurable impact. Forecast & report: Maintain accurate pipeline and next steps in HubSpot; deliver reliable weekly forecasts. Co-sell & collaborate: Partner with Marketing on campaigns/events and with Product on customer feedback that sharpens our offer. Represent Enersee: Join industry events and meetups; contribute customer insights to our messaging and collateral. Our ideal hire President’s club: you’ve proven yourself by being in the top 10% of a mature sales organisation and take that winner mentality with you. Enterprise (SaaS) sales experience: Solid track record selling to large accounts; comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles. Hunter mindset: Proactive pipeline generation and persistence from first touch to signature, a no motivates you to be creative in turning it into a yes. Business fluency in AI/analytics: Able to explain how our AI-driven insights work and why they matter. Languages: Fluent in English plus at least one major EU language (Dutch, German, or French). You understand and like the start-up growth phase: you want to work hybrid from our Antwerp office, at least 3 days a week. You understand the urgency in this phase, and you can’t wait to make a big impact on it. If you’re outside of Belgium you’re willing to relocate after proving yourself. Bonus points if you have… Energy sector experience: Proven understanding of the energy, sustainability, or built environment landscape, ideally with exposure to enterprise energy efficiency, decarbonization, or smart building solutions. Consultative & technical curiosity: Can translate energy/sustainability problems into clear business value; bonus if you know ISO 50001, IPMVP®, or related frameworks.
