This role is critical for providing local site service delivery, maintaining strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) regulatory standards, and acting as the key liaison between site operations and Corporate IT.Location: Gosselies, Belgium.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, deploy, and maintain OT equipment (e.g., Sartorius balances, Nucleo Counters, Ella, Spectramax) and their integration with the network.Manage user access controls and permissions for OT systems in accordance with security policies.Provide expert-level desktop support for GxP computer systems and applications, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex technical issues.Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendor coordination for hardware and software support.Administer and maintain core infrastructure components, including Microsoft Active Directory users/groups, and Windows server/client operating systems.Implement and manage security measures such as anti-virus solutions, patch management, and system hardening for the OT environment.Administer and verify system backups and execute disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.Lead and support computer system validation (CSV) activities for new and existing OT systems.Author, execute, and/or review key qualification documents (Installation Qualification - IQ, Operational Qualification - OQ, Performance Qualification - PQ).Ensure all changes to computerized systems are documented and implemented in a controlled manner, following appropriate change control procedures.Actively participate in and/or lead local and global projects for the implementation, upgrade, or enhancement of OT solutions.Ensure all implemented solutions meet global security, quality, and compliance standards.Work in close partnership with internal Quality Assurance and Engineering departments to ensure compliant operations. Collaborate with Corporate IT and global infrastructure/security teams to align local initiatives with corporate strategies and standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role supporting and managing OT, IT, or automated systems within a GMP-regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices).Proven hands-on experience with computer system validation and thorough knowledge of GAMP 5 principles.Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting Windows-based systems and third-party scientific applications.Practical experience with IT service management, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration (Server and Client).Solid understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts (networking, security, backups, Active Directory).Familiarity with common OT equipment and laboratory instruments.Fluency in French and English.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.Strong ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.High level of autonomy and self-organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, or similar are considered a plus.Next StepsUpon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Talent Acquisition department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
