Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist


About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring activities, with experience in networking support. They should be proficient in network topologies (LAN/WAN) and operating systems such as TCP, Unix/Linux/Windows.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively monitor systems and infrastructure in scope, including network components, voice communication systems, and mission-critical systems.


Analyze alerts raised by monitoring tools according to internal procedures.
Apply procedures to restore systems/services
Provide first-line technical assistance via phone,email,walk-in .
Report,
document incidents/tasks In appropriate tool(s), follow-up perform scheduled health checks of IT Components", "scheduled contingency tests disaster recovery exercises review technical documentation contribute ongoing improvement working processes work autonomously shifts environment shift rotation on call etc..
