We need you for:
* Representing MADx at conferences
* Timely resolving problems and handling complaints
* Monitoring and reporting of sales performance
* Establishing best practices and providing innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
* Taking full commercial responsibility for the South Italy region
* Building, structuring and further developing the local sales setup
* Driving market development and growth in a largely independent commercial role
Your profile:
* Education in a scientific and/or commercial field
* Experience in a lab-environment is of advantage
* Based in Italy (ideally Central or Southern Italy) with readiness to travel within the region
* Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales role with ownership of a territory or market
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/pharma/diagnostics sector
* Enthusiasm for solving client-related matters, accuracy and an innovative mindset
* Proactive mindset and a team player
* Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus
