The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. You'll collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the staffing needs. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled workers within various departments.
Project description:We are looking for a talent acquisition officer to join the team for finding the right candidates for different departments.You'll lead the recruitment of 20-25 open vacancies for the client.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Create and align job postings according to the client's standards.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Technical profile requirements
* 7+ Years experience within Recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
* Min 2yrs Experience with recruitment of blue-collar profiles in an industrial environment
* min. 5yrs experience with recruitment of white-collar profiles in an industrial environment
* Experience managing high volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
* Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS (SuccessFactors, ...)
Non-Technical profile requirements- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong listening skills and interviewing skills
Methodology/Certification requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business administration or relevant field
Language proficiencies
* Fluent speaking and writing English
* Fluent speaking and writing Dutch
* proficiency in other languages is a major plus (German and/or French)
Location- min. 3days/Week onsite presence- flexible in location: Umicore Hoboken & Olen
