ERP Master Data & Functional Administration
* Create, maintain, and manage master data within the ERP system (e.g. customers, vendors, items, warehouses, users, dimensions, and organisational structures).
* Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
* Support the configuration of administrative and functional ERP parameters linked to new entities, flows, or organisational changes.
* Apply and maintain a coherent ERP data structure across multiple business units.
Process Structuring & Documentation
* Contribute to the definition and enforcement of clear rules for master data creation and maintenance.
* Help prevent duplications, inconsistencies, and unnecessary data creation.
* Document ERP-related processes, governance rules, and best practices.
* Support the clarification of approval workflows and data ownership responsibilities.
ERP Functional Support & Coordination
* Manage user profiles, roles, and access rights within the ERP.
* Provide functional and administrative ERP support to internal stakeholders.
* Act as a functional reference point between business users and internal/external ERP stakeholders.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP usage, processes, and adoption.
Hard Skills :
* Proven experience in a functional ERP role, such as ERP Administrator, Functional Analyst, Master Data Specialist, or similar.
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or a comparable ERP system) is a strong asset.
* Good understanding of business processes across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics.
* Strong attention to detail, structure, and data quality.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with multiple teams.
* Comfortable documenting processes and supporting non‑technical users.
