Function / Key tasks
* Supervise the Statutory Accounting and Controlling teams, reporting directly to the CFO.
* Ensure the Finance department operates efficiently and acts as a true business partner.
* Oversee cash management, tax, legal, local and group financial statements.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning processes.
* Provide strategic analysis to management and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Finance department.
* Manage a team of five, supported by the Head of Accounting and the Senior Controller&Product Owner Finance.
Profile
* Master's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
* 5 to 7 years' experience managing a finance team.
* Experience or strong interest in digital transformation and the integration of AI in finance.
* Ability to coach, unite, and develop team members.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (professional level).
* Strong command of MS Office.
