Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. As a "Broker hipotecario" at Libeen, you will guide clients throughout the process of securing the best mortgage solutions for their homeownership goals. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, sourcing competitive mortgage options, building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, and providing exceptional client support. You will also manage negotiation processes and ensure a smooth and efficient experience tailored to each customer's unique circumstances.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in mortgage brokerage, financial advising, or real estate services.
* Proficiency in client communication, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
* Analytical skills for evaluating financial documents, identifying client needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
* Solid understanding of the Spanish housing market, mortgage regulations, and financial products.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is highly preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus.
