Your role = global impactYou'll work in a small HR team (HR Manager + HR Assistant) and own the full employee lifecycle across our international workforce.You will:Act as HR Business Partner to managementDesign and implement HR policies and processesLead international recruitment & onboardingManage performance evaluations and salary review cyclesHandle compensation & benefitsOversee Belgian payroll and international service provider paymentsDraft employment contracts and service agreementsDrive training, development, and employee wellbeing initiativesStay closely connected with colleagues worldwideSupport office management in AntwerpThis role blends strategy, operations, and people connection — no two days are the same.
You bringMaster's degree in HR, Business, or similar6-10 years of HR experience, including a senior hands-on roleStrong knowledge of Belgian labor lawExperience with payroll, HR systems, and compensationFluent Dutch & EnglishA pragmatic mindset: you think big but get things doneConfidence working with diverse, international teams
