What you´ll do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently assembling raw materials and processing products according to high-quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools and equipment.
This position is responsible for creating batches following a recipe on batch tickets, tracking raw material inventory while maintaining a safe work environment.
Must be hard working and self-motivated.
Detail-oriented; proficiency for accuracy; dependable; positive attitude; team player.
Proficiency in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand, walk (up and down stairs), twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods of time, and will require the ability to lift.

All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. p /pp strongDo you dare to make an impact ? /strong/ph4 font color="#e1000f"What you´ll do/font /h4 ulli Support the daily Quality Assurance activities at the Henkel Belgium Operations production site in Drogenbos, which manufactures pressure-sensitive adhesive technologies ("Loctite") for Industrial, Medical amp; Pharma markets. /lili Handle product quality complaints and out-of-spec batches, leading investigations and following up on implementation plans and corrective actions for the Drogenbos plant. /lili Lead product and quality reviews in line with internal standards and procedures. /liliAnalyze multiple sets of data and support decision-making with strong analytical insights. /lili Contribute to the site's GMP / Hygiene improvement program by leading small improvement projects. /lili Provide support to the Quality Control unit when needed (raw material control via FTIR, finished goods control via gas chromatography, standard physical property tests such as pH, viscosity, relative viscosity, non-volatile content, etc.). /li/ul
What makes you a good fit
H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment, including high lift truck, lift 50 pounds, manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds with proper mechanical assists, and maintain daily records for work performed.
The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
