Functional Requirements:
* Execute the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules.
* Analyse customer requirements and conduct workshops to align on needs in IT operations.
* Provide technical consulting and ITOM best practice recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
* Participate in customer training sessions to enable effective use of deployed ITOM capabilities.
Technical Requirements:
* Strong experience developing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
* Discovery: Configure MID Servers, patterns, probes/sensors, and CI classification rules.
* Service Mapping: Define business services, create traffic-based and pattern-based maps.
* Event Management: Integrate external monitoring tools via SNMP, REST, or scripted input transforms.
* Operational Intelligence & Cloud Management: Implement machine learning indicators and configure cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Proficient in JavaScript (server/client), Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
* Skilled in creating/update sets, scoped apps, custom tables, and ACLs.
* Working knowledge of CMDB, data normalisation, dependency views, and reconciliation rules.
* Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow (Jenkins/DevOps pipelines) is a plus
Nice to Have:
* ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, ITOM Implementation Specialist, or similar).
* Familiarity with additional monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
* Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language.

The scope includes full lifecycle implementation of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management with high emphasis on real-time monitoring integrations, automated asset discovery, and cloud infrastructure mapping.
