As aSales Admin & Delivery Employee, you will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process, ensuring smooth administration and efficient coordination. You will help provide customers with a seamless and exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities: Registering new cars, invoicing on the day of delivery, and processing proof of payment Managing financing and maintenance contracts, preparing delivery documents, and assembling welcome packages Maintaining accurate administration and filing of all delivery files Coordinating transport and logistics for vehicle deliveries Scheduling appointments for vehicle handovers and following up on files What We're Looking For: Experience in an administrative role with customer contact Good knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word).
