Ph3Overview /h3 pGTA Belgium - International Sales of Mattress Textiles /p pAs the Sales Director you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the company's international sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across various regions. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of global markets, excellent strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base globally. /li liAnalyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets. /li liCollaborate with the executive team to set short and long-term sales goals and develop plans to meet those goals. /li liAssist in development of key account plans for our strategic customers. /li liDrive input for marketing and operations to align with sales strategies and go to market strategies. /li liConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. /li liBe linking pin between sales, marketing, operations/planning, customer service, logistics and finance /li liMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. /li liManage the sales budget, forecast sales revenue, and prepare regular sales reports. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. /li liEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly. /li liRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. /li liConduct market research to stay informed about industry developments, competitive activities, and global market conditions /li liIdentify potential risks and opportunities, adapting sales strategies accordingly. /li liProvide insights and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams based on market feedback. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). /li liProven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational company. /li liDemonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets. /li liStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /li liIn-depth knowledge of global markets and cultural sensitivities. /li liProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. /li liWillingness to travel internationally as required /li liMulti-language – high level in English and French, Spanish and/or German are plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
