To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the established partner in precision motion technology. You will develop and implement a clear marketing vision, manage brand strategy, and execute lead generation campaigns targeting international B2B markets.
Xeryon has a unique market approach, as it runs an industrial B2B business as marketing driven as an FMCG company. There is a digital only sales strategy with a strong focus on high quality (video) content.
Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
Lead, grow, and coach the marketing team from 2 to 10 people over the coming two years.
Build and maintain a marketing dashboard.
Manage website, digital channels, and content creation (case studies, pictures, videos).
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
You are part of the management team, and you report directly to the CEO.
Proven experience (15+ years) in B2B marketing. Strong track record in building brand awareness and generating leads in international (global) markets.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead nurturing.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
