Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
* As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting highly skilled professionals FOR CLIENT a Life Insurance company.
* Your expertise in sourcing and hiring for expert profiles, like actuaries, risk experts, will be crucial in supporting our company's growth and maintaining our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial sector.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for specialized roles such as actuaries, internal auditors, compliance and risk experts.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to financial offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition within the financial sector.
* Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language.
* Strong understanding of specialized roles within the financial sector, such as actuaries, risk, investment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
