Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brussels for a Production & Planning Manager. The Production & Planning Manager will responsable for one of the 5 production departments with each +/- 10 operators. He/she will oversee the creation and management of efficient production schedules, optimize production planning processes, and ensure that projects stay on time and on budget. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, coordinating with various departments, and managing resources to ensure seamless production operations and high-quality outputs.

* Experience in production planning, production schedules, and managing production processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities
* A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines
* Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
* Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
