following skills: - Project management expertise: At least 3 years
of experience leading projects. You will be working on HR
processes, so if you have experience in workforce management, HR or
a related field that's a plus. - Strong analytical skills and a
process-oriented mindset - Stakeholder management: Proven ability
to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across
teams and departments. - Detail-oriented thinking: Ability to see
the bigger picture while diving into details when needed. - Strong
