About the Position
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager who can help accelerate our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting active prospecting, and managing your sales pipeline.
As a Business Developer, you will research the market, create targeted lists of potential clients, and reach out to them via various channels to present our value proposition. You will also assess the specific needs of prospects and translate them into tailored solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead generation and conversion into concrete opportunities.
* Active prospecting through phone, email, in-person visits, and trade fairs.
* Sales pipeline management within our CRM system.
* Collaboration with internal teams to create proposals and ensure quality service delivery.
* Negotiation and deal closure.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or software services sector.
* A deep understanding of software engineering and a passion for technology.
* The ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Excellent communication skills, including fluency in Dutch and English.
* Flexibility to travel and work from different locations.
* A bachelor's or master's degree, but more importantly, initial professional experience in business development and CRM systems.
