What you'll do:
* Be the friendly face and go-to person for participants and faculty.
* Handle course logistics: materials, communications, and smooth delivery from start to finish.
* Keep invoices on track and ensure timely payments.
* Collect feedback and help us continuously improve our courses.
* Support marketing and promotional efforts during quieter periods.
* Contribute to a collaborative, fun, and energetic team culture.
You bring:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a service-first attitude.

* Full-time presence in Diegem.
