We are looking for a Young Graduate to join us as a Medical Affairs Data & AI Scientist. This is a unique opportunity for recent academic graduates—no prior work experience required. Over an 18-month structured development program, you will rotate across Medical Affairs and Commercial teams, applying your academic knowledge to real-world challenges. You’ll help design intelligent data solutions that drive evidence-based decision making and elevate our understanding of patient needs.
Job Responsibilities
As a Young Graduate Medical Affairs Data & AI scientist, you will:
* Analyze and interpret clinical, patient, and real-world data to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Build and maintain robust, well-structured datasets to enable evidence generation, medical education, and scientific intelligence.
* Apply AI, GenAI, and machine learning techniques to categorize data, identify patterns, and develop predictive models.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and PMO teams to integrate data-driven approaches into business processes.
* Evaluate and map external vendors and technology partners to align with business needs and innovation goals.
* Challenge existing tools and methodologies to ensure optimal use of technology in Medical Affairs.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, contributing to both tactical and strategic initiatives.

* Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics, or related scientific fields
