As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Manual & Automation Tester to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.
As a Manual & Automation Tester, your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting manual and automated software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
Creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts (manual and automated)
Developing and maintaining automated test suites for functional and regression testing
Performing regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
Reviewing product requirements and designing test cases based on project specifications
Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle
Participating in agile ceremonies and contributing to the test strategy
Applying ISTQB methodologies and best practices throughout the test lifecycle
Providing support in test environment setup and test data management
Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing tools, processes, and frameworks
Mentoring junior testers and sharing expertise on automation tools and best practices
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
~6 to 9 years of experience in manual and automation testing
~ Proficiency in the following tools/technologies:
~ Test management platforms (e.g. Scripting skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript (depending on project context)
~ Languages: Fluent French (mandatory) – English is a strong asset
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (ISTQB Foundation Level certification required)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
