You will join a dynamic Corporate Operations Management Team and provide support with the administration and coordination of the car fleet across 10 European countries.
Your responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day fleet administration such as vehicle orders, fuel management, mileage analysis.
* Manage incoming emails and invoice checks.
* Act as the first point of contact for drivers and suppliers across multiple countries via phone and email.
* Support the team with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?
As a Car Fleet Support you have following skills:
* Initial work experience in an administrative role is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Clear communication skills and good time management.
* Business proficiency in English, plus fluency in at least one of the following languages: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian or Hungarian.
* Driving license required.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.
* A team player with an international mindset.
* Available for an interim contract of 18 months, with the possibility of a permanent position.
