Are you a structured and proactive organizational talent? We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to effectively manage logistical and facility processes.
* Project Management of Facility Projects: Coordinate daily operations, renovations, and facility-related tasks. Manage invoicing and propose improvements and investments for infrastructure.
* Inventory Management: Process incoming and outgoing shipments and stock items in Microsoft Business Central. Manage goods movements, stock administration, and returns (RMA).
* ISO 14001 Environmental Management: Gather CO2-related data, prepare an annual environmental report, and set objectives. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organize external audits.
Profile
* Preferably a bachelor's degree.
* Experience in a similar role and with ERP systems.
* Fluent in English, as well as French and/or Dutch.
* Skills: flexible, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team player, solution-oriented, dynamic, organized, service-minded, strong administrative skills, and proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
